About Me
I hate this part.

You probably came here because either a) you’re my mom and want to make sure I’m still alive, or b) you wanted to find out more about what I do and see if I’m any good at it.

If a, then hi Mom. Still alive up here. I haven’t been sitting too close to the TV but did run with scissors last night. Sorry. And yes, it’s OK for you and Dad to come over.

If b, well…that’s where things get weird for me. I don’t like talking about myself. At all. I’m my least favorite subject. But this site is where I have to strike a balance between sharing too little (“I’ve done things in places with people. The End.”) and going into full-on egomaniac mode (“I’m God Emperor of the Universe!! Love me, puny mortals! HIRE ME!”), all the while hoping for the chance to work with you one day.

Let’s start here: I’ve worked for banks and credit unions since 1986. In 1998, Jenny Budreau at FORUM Credit Union hired me to create both their corporate university and training department from scratch, and a wonderful new chapter of my career began. My FORUM days ended on a high and happy note in 2012 as their Vice President of Organizational Development. I’m proud of what we accomplished together.

OK, that’s quite enough about me. Let’s talk. Let’s grow. Let’s succeed. Let’s run with scissors.

In Brief
"This was the best presentation of any I attended this week. Even better than the keynotes." -SHRM National Conference attendee

“Maybe it is because Andy is himself a trainer that he just ‘gets us’ and our struggles. The information I gained in his two sessions was worth the price of the entire conference. Training for ‘results’ and the ‘how to’ show the dollar value specificially was IT for me. Awesome. Please invite him back over and over again.” -Experience Learning Live attendee
