You probably came here because either a) you're my mom and want to make sure I'm still alive, or b) you wanted to find out more about what I do and see if I'm actually any good at it.
If a, then hi Mom. Still alive up here. I haven't been sitting too close to the TV but did run with scissors last night. Sorry. And yes, it's OK for you and Dad to come over.
If b, well...that's where things get weird for me. I don't like talking about myself. At all. I'm my least favorite subject. But this site is where I have to strike a balance between sharing too little ("I've done things in places with people. The End.") and going into full-on egomaniac mode ("I'm God Emperor of the Universe!! Love me, puny mortals! HIRE ME!"), all the while hoping for the chance to work with you one day.
Let's start here: I've worked for banks and credit unions since 1986. In 1998, Jenny Budreau at FORUM Credit Union hired me to create both their corporate university and training department from scratch, and a wonderful new chapter of my career began. My FORUM days ended on a high and happy note in 2012 as their Vice President of Organizational Development. I'm proud of what we accomplished together.
Read more about my results here, download my full bio, and check out what others have said about my past presentations.
OK, that's quite enough about me. Let's talk. Let's grow. Let's succeed. Let's run with scissors.
